1. Order & Payment Terms
All orders placed through QiaoFeng CNC are subject to confirmation and availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion prior to production commencement.
- Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed deposit or full payment.
- Pricing is quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Lead times and production schedules are provided at the time of order confirmation and may vary based on order volume and customization requirements.
- All custom specifications must be confirmed in writing before production begins.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
Standard (Non-Custom) Orders

3. Shipping & Delivery
QiaoFeng CNC ships globally, with primary export markets in Europe, the Americas, and Southeast Asia. All shipments are covered by cargo insurance to protect against transit damage.
- Transit Damage: All shipments are covered by logistics insurance. If your machine arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos/video immediately upon receipt and contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
- Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery times are provided at order confirmation and vary by destination country and shipping method.
- Customs & Import Duties: The buyer is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees in the destination country.
- Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon handover to the freight carrier, except where transit insurance claims apply.

5. CNC Machine Refund Policy & Returns
Our Refund Principle
Our CNC machine refund policy does not support returns or refunds for reasons unrelated to product quality (e.g., change of mind, ordering error). However, we fully support refunds and replacements where a verified quality defect exists.

How to Submit a Refund Request
- Document the Issue — Take clear photos and/or video showing the quality defect or damage. This is required to process your claim.

- Await Review — Our after-sales team will review your submission and respond within 3 business days with a resolution plan.
- Return Arrangement (if applicable) — If a return is required, QiaoFeng will cover all return shipping costs. Do not ship the item back before receiving written authorization from us.
- Refund Processed — Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 15 business days to your original payment method.
6. After-Sales Support
🔩 Spare Parts Replacement
If any component is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery, we will ship a free replacement part immediately. For wear parts outside the warranty period, we offer spare parts at competitive prices with fast international shipping.
💻 Installation & Commissioning Support
Our technical team provides full remote support for machine installation and commissioning via video call, email, and detailed documentation. On-site commissioning assistance can also be arranged upon request.
📦 Transit Damage Claims
All QiaoFeng shipments are covered by cargo insurance. If your machine is damaged during transit, please photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We will handle the insurance claim and arrange a replacement or repair as quickly as possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QiaoFeng CNC’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product in question. QiaoFeng CNC shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products
- Loss of production, revenue, or profit resulting from machine downtime
- Damage resulting from failure to follow operating instructions or safety guidelines
- Issues arising from unauthorized modifications or use of non-approved third-party components
